By using High Notes and by submitting a voice memo or any other content, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't submit content.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you record. By submitting it, you grant High Notes and the race organizer the permission needed to store it and play it back for the runner. You confirm you have the right to share what you submit and that it doesn't violate anyone's rights.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not submit content that is:
- harassing, threatening, bullying, or hateful toward any person or group;
- sexually explicit, obscene, or violent;
- illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes others' intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- spam, malware, or otherwise abusive of the service.
Moderation, removal, and blocking
Organizers can remove any memo on their race. We may also remove content and block contributors who violate these Terms, at our discretion and without notice. We aim to review reports promptly. To report objectionable content or a user, use the in-app report control, or email [email protected].
No warranty; limitation of liability
High Notes is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
