You can permanently delete your High Notes account and everything tied to it, at any time, from inside the app.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes — with no recovery:
- your account (email and password),
- every race page you created,
- all the voice memos supporters left for you, including the audio files in our storage, and
- your saved sign-in sessions.
We keep nothing afterward. (Anyone who left you a memo is not affected on their own device.)
How to delete it
- Open High Notes and log in.
- Go to Account (from your races / dashboard).
- Under Delete account, enter your password, type DELETE, and confirm.
Can't get in?
If you can no longer access your account, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you.
